Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any GoBlueCrew services. By accessing or using our website or application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
GoBlueCrew LLC ("GoBlueCrew," "we," "us," or "our") provides the BLUELINE umpire and officials management platform, accessible at app.gobluecrew.com, and the marketing website at gobluecrew.com (collectively, the "Services"). BLUELINE is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps youth sports leagues, umpire associations, and game officials manage game assignments, qualifications, earnings, ratings, and evaluations.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization (a league, association, or other entity), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Account access is provisioned by league or association administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gobluecrew.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
GoBlueCrew offers the following subscription plans for leagues and umpire associations:
Umpire association plans are available separately. Contact us at gobluecrew.com/#contact for association pricing.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in US dollars. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle and no partial refunds are issued. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current paid period.
We may offer a free trial period for paid plans. At the end of the trial, your plan will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Certain features of the Services allow you to submit content, including game ratings, veteran evaluations, comments, and notes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant GoBlueCrew a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Services.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your User Content. GoBlueCrew does not endorse any User Content and reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is otherwise objectionable.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Organization data: League and association administrators are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and consents to add umpire and manager profiles to the platform, including the personal information of those individuals.
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content created by GoBlueCrew, are owned by GoBlueCrew LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in GoBlueCrew's intellectual property other than the limited license to use the Services as described herein.
"GoBlueCrew," "BLUELINE," "YELLOWLINE," and related marks and logos are trademarks of GoBlueCrew LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as form submission processors or hosting providers). GoBlueCrew is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GOBLUECREW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
GoBlueCrew does not warrant the accuracy of any qualification data, game assignments, earnings figures, or other information displayed within the Services. Leagues and associations are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information entered into the platform.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOBLUECREW LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF GOBLUECREW HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL GOBLUECREW'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GOBLUECREW IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoBlueCrew LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
GoBlueCrew may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@gobluecrew.com.
Upon termination: your right to use the Services ceases immediately; you remain responsible for any fees accrued before termination; and sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14) will survive.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@gobluecrew.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
